I have always made ree drummonds Pioneer woman 'Billie's Italian wedding cake as a layer cake.

I am wondering how I can make this into a sheet cake about 13 by 18 size. Whether I double it etc. It is a 3 layer cake. layers are not real high. I want this as a sheet cake in addition to the brides normal wedding cake.

I would go ahead and double or maybe triple the recipe it. I am assuming it makes a 9 inch three layer cake? I am not familiar with this recipe. I searched the Pioneer site and didn't see it.
