Eiffel Tower Cake For A Princess

Eiffel Tower Cake For A Princess

I made this cake for a little princess who is 3 years old and loves Sofia.

The title for the party was Sofia in Paris. Her mom wanted a cake to represent this theme.

The Cake Flavors

I made a vanilla cake with caramel filling.

It had two tiers and on the top I made a gum paste Eiffel tower which I decorated with royal icing. Painting the tower with purple dust made it shiny and made the decoration stand out.

The cake is made with fondant and gum paste.
when this little girl saw her cake she was so happy.

It was so pretty that her mom did not want to cut it. They were so happy and that made me happy. I hope you like my Eiffel Tower cake too.

A Note from Lorelie: Thanks Leslie for submitting this adorable princess Eiffel Tower design. Its great! I'm sure the little girl and her mom were thrilled to receive this. Pretty special. The flavor combination is nice too. I placed a link to the caramel recipe on this website. If you would like to add your recipe please add it in the comments section.

Here is a link to the white wedding cake recipe on this site too. It is a vanilla butter cake and I use it for all of my brides who request this flavor.

Leslie also shared a gorgeous wedding design in the contest. Here is the page with the Elegant wedding cake entry.
