I CAN NOT FIND MY WILTON BOOKS...PLEASE HELP...
HOW MUCH BATTER SHOULD I USE FOR A 10' PAN?
& FOR A 12" PAN?

10 inch pan takes about 6 cups a 12 inch pan takes about 7 1/2 but it does depend on how deep your pan is and how high you want the layers to be. Just use this as a guide.
