Hi.my daughter wedding is on february.and ask me to make her a 4 tiered cake.half fondant and half chocolate.can u give me a.suggestion of what kind of cake flavor is best with chocolate? Thx

Do you mean chocolate frosting? or fondant? I think chocolate frosting goes well with chocolate cake, orange butter cake or the white wedding cake, which is also a butter cake.(its not pure white) If you go to my recipe page you will see those cakes.
