Wedding Cakes For You website is written and edited exclusively by me, Lorelie Carvey with the exception of the Q&A and Contest  section where others have asked questions, given advice or entered into one of the contests.

Affiliate Products

As part of my service to visitors to this site, I like to recommend products that are relevant which I have used and found to be helpful and of good quality, from companies that I have personally purchased from and trust.

Some of these companies have "affiliate programs" that I have chosen to be a member of. When I recommend a product and provide a link to purchase the product, I receive a small commission when somone clicks through and buys.

This does not involve any additional cost to you.

Not all companies that I recommend have an affiliate program so many of the products that I sell do not involve commissions to me. I recommend them simply because I believe in them. If the product I am recommending is from an affiliate of mine, you will see a statement at the bottom of the page stating so.

What do I do with the money?

The money that I recieve from my affiliates helps me to keep the content on Wedding Cakes For You  free of charge. Some of it is put back into the site in the form of contest prizes and the development of educational material.
