Hi can I put buttercream frosted cake in fridge with the chocolate mousse filling cake.im a generic OK cake decorator and making a basket weave cake will come be OK if I refrigerate it seeings it will have the chocolate. Mousse filling?

A:Yes you can refrigerate the cake. In fact I would recommend that you do. The chocolate mousse filling needs to be kept cold as long as possible before serving.
