Hi there, can I cover my fresh cream cake with chocolate modeling (like fondant)? As fresh cream has to be in the fridge. Can i do that hope nothing will happen to chocolate modeling. Please respong as I am very confuse to try.

I hope your cake turned out for you. So sorry I wasn't able to get to all the Q&A. I believe the modeling chocolate will survive in the fridge
